Extensive mint and used collection of thousands in a Minkus album. Classic era is sparse, but the modern material is quite solid, going into the mid-1980s. Most of the mint material is in mounts, material is both hinged and not hinged. Material ranges from sound to faulty.
Album is quite serviceable, although the pages are toned. Where you see empty mounts, for the most part the mounts are still usable, so for a good portion of the 20th century you have what is in effect a hingeless album. There are pages for French offices abroad, Saar, and Memel, although these areas do not contain any stamps or mounts.
